Price Finley Receives CDFA Lifetime Achievement Award
Partner Price Finley has received the prestigious 2023 Council of Development Finance Agencies (CDFA) Lifetime Achievement Award. Price Finley has been practicing law at Bricker Graydon LLP for over 30 years, specializing in public finance. He has extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of public finance, including local government, economic development finance, port authority financings, and other structured and project financings.
The CDFA Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the development finance industry throughout their professional careers. The award honors individuals who have made innovative and lasting contributions that have greatly impacted the operation, management, and administration of development finance programs.
Price Finley has been a leader in the development finance industry and continues to make a significant impact today. His practice includes assisting local governments and developers in negotiating and documenting development agreements for infrastructure finance and tax incentive arrangements, such as community reinvestment areas, enterprise zones, and job creation tax credits. Price has also created joint economic development districts and zones, special improvement districts, and represented port authorities across Ohio. He is a member of the Council of Development Finance Agencies Board of Directors, the Ohio Economic Development Association, and the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
