Bullies Back Off

May 22, 2014

Just an update to a post from earlier this week. That post discussed efforts by Georgia Attorney General Sam Olens to force the removal of public information from a college student’s blog. Turns out that Attorney General Olens withdrew the motion the other day.

Olens claims that he was not aware that attorneys in his office had filed the motion, and ordered it withdrawn as soon as he heard about it. Sure. That’s the ticket.

But whatever. The key point is that justice prevails. Better late than never.
